Training Floor
Ballast Gym carries LifeFitness, Hammer Strength, and Relentless equipment.
Along with a wide selection of cardio equipment including - treadmills, a natural treadmill, row machines, bikes and recumbent bikes, stair steppers, and ellipticals.
Ballast Gym boasts a large turf area with a sled, deadlift platform and garage doors.
Complete with a turfed functional fitness area complete with equipment to meet all your creative fitness needs. Boxes, TRX, bosus, stability balls, medicine balls, punching bags, cables, and bikes.
Amenities
We have three bathrooms in the facility, two with showers.
